Merchant BCA is a free Android application developed by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. that provides an easy access to merchant BCA services, which include applying to become a merchant, transaction reports, and using EDC BCA machines and/or static QRIS. To use the app, make sure you have a BCA account and have registered your mobile number connected to BCA mobile banking.

The app offers several features such as applying for a new merchant, checking the status of your application, dashboard, transaction list and reports, user management, and merchant care. The dashboard displays a summary of your store's sales in an informative graph and shows your favorite stores and their sales summary. You can view real-time EDC BCA and/or static QRIS transaction reports and send them to your email. In user management, you can add users and assign them functions according to their access level. Merchant care provides help with common EDC machine issues, complaint submissions for maintenance or damage, checking complaint status, and adding new stores or EDC machines.
